How are the flowers packaged?
In the Toronto Area, our flowers are wrapped in cellophane and delivered in a vase, if chosen. Outside of the Toronto Area, our flowers are wrapped in cellophane and delivered in a specially designed gift box to ensure freshness during delivery. Flowers are arranged as shown in our s. Also enclosed is your personal message, plant food and a care letter outlining the best way for the recipient to cut the stem ends and transfer to a vase. (A vase may be added for a surcharge to most of our arrangements during the ordering process.)
Do the flowers come in a vase?
We ship the bouquets without vases unless a vase is chosen. If you prefer to have a vase delivered along with the flowers, you can buy one for an additional charge. You can choose a vase to buy when you are ordering the bouquet.

How are the flowers delivered?
Our flowers are shipped fresh from the growers to your doorstep so we can guarantee the freshness of our products. Some selections, like potted plants, are shipped via 2Day.

Where do we deliver?
We take orders from anywhere in the world for delivery in Canada.
We do not deliver to international locations as we want our flowers to be as fresh as possible. We would recommend you contact a flower shop in the country where your gift recipient lives. If you do this, you will get superior flowers at their freshest (yes, are not recommending our Company for international deliveries).
Free Delivery
Delivery is free when you purchase a gift or gift basket valued over $100 (CAD), before taxes, for delivery anywhere in Canada (except Northern locations).
Free Shipping Charges on Multiple orders
You qualify for free shipping if the total order value (before taxes), per delivery location, is over $100. For example, if you purchase a $70 gift basket and a $40 gift basket to be delivered to one location, the order would qualify for free delivery as the total order value to the first location is over $100. If you purchase an $85 Gift Basket for delivery to a second location, the order would not qualify for free delivery. Normal delivery charges apply where the total order value, before taxes, is under $100 for a particular delivery location. These delivery charges will be charged to your credit card or via PayPal after your order is processed or at checkout. Multiple delivery charges can apply if there are multiple orders going to multiple locations.
What days of the week do we deliver?
In the Toronto Area, we deliver flowers 7 days a week – and if you order by 11am, we can deliver the same day!

The West End: Brampton, Burlington, Caledon, Georgetown, Halton Hills, Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, Streetsville

The North: Aurora, Bolton, Concord, Gormley, King City, Kleinberg, Maple, Markham, Newmarket, Nobleton, Rexdale, Richmond Hill, Schomberg, Stouffville, Thornhill, Vaughan, Whitchurch, WoodbridgeIn the Toronto Area (see above), we deliver same-day as long as your order is placed by 11am.
In areas outside of the Toronto Area, we deliver every day except for Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
Tuesday through Friday delivery outside of Toronto:
All of the products on our website are available for delivery Tuesday through Friday, unless the pickup or delivery date falls on a major holiday. For Tuesday through Friday delivery, orders must be placed before 1 pm Eastern Standard Time the day before you would like your shipment to arrive.
Weekend Deliveries - Toronto Area
We deliver on Saturdays and Sundays in Toronto area. We offer Same Day Service on Saturdays - just place the order by 11 AM EST and we will deliver by the end of the day. Sunday deliveries must be placed by Saturday at 4 pm EST.

If we receive your order by 11 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST), we offer Same Day Delivery in the Toronto Area.
Why are there no deliveries on Saturday/Sunday/Monday outside of the Toronto Area?
Because our shippers do not deliver on these days in most locations, we are unable to offer Saturday/Sunday/Monday delivery at this time.
What time will the flowers arrive?
For all locations* within Canada:
Delivery shipments will be delivered by 5:00 p.m. for business addresses and by 8:00 p.m. for residential addresses on the requested delivery date.
2Day shipments will be delivered by 5:00 p.m. for business addresses and by 8:00 p.m. for residential addresses. 2Day shipments may arrive a day early at no extra cost.
Deliveries to Canadian Territories, Remote Locations and Northern Ontario, Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, Quebec, Manitoba and Newfoundland:
Services to The Canadian Territories and northern provincial locations (including Fort MacMurray) is not normally possible in most cases.

What happens if my recipient is not present at the time of delivery?
All of our flower shipments automatically have a signature release, which means that the package can be dropped off without requiring a signature. In most cases, the delivery driver will knock or ring the bell, and if there is no answer, will leave the product somewhere safe at the delivery location.
Delivery Guarantees
Delivery times are not guaranteed as many factors can cause a delay including bad weather, gift recipient is not home, car accidents, order processing delays, addressing errors, damage in transit, etc. Typical delivery dates are estimates ONLY. We will not refund or credit your account if a delivery arrives late regardless of the circumstances.
Please Note: This order contains perishable items. To guarantee freshness, we highly recommend that an express shipping method (Same-Day, Next-day or Overnight Delivery) be used to ship any order containing fruits/chocolate dipped fruits, cakes/baked goods, flowers/plants, cheese, and all other perishable items.
